Good morning everyone, looking for some help, does anyone have a sample of a query that you may use to assist with obtaining the H & P?

    So this is not a lone problem. We place LOS stickers on our chart which
    physicians are always looking at. Underneath that I place another
    sticker and write need H&P with the date. This seems to take care of it.
