Policy and Procedure for EHR problem lists

Does anyone have a standard in writing regarding MD use of the problem list? If so would you be willing to share? We use Epic and we want to write a policy about the Patient problem list vs. the acute IP problem list. It's a problem!

    Yes it is a problem. I would be very interested in how others are managing this with Epic also.

    Does anyone out there use Paragon? I would be interested in something similar for that
