Our CDI staff is going to be featured on our scrolling power point in the Dr.'s Lounge next month. WOOHOO!
We are looking for a CDI slogan and brief snipit of "What CDI is..."

Ideas please.

    Here is a powerpoint that we did a little while ago. I took out the pics
    of our staff, but you could insert the picture of your staff on the
    appropriate slide. Hope this helps

    My grandmother and uncle have been in the hospital for the last 3-4 weeks, much of that time in the critical care setting. Not having access to their records, made me crazy - how else do you really know what's going on. Anyway, it reminded me of a book my husband read a while back called "Sacred Stories" or something like that, but it made me think that we are helping to preserve sacred stories ourselves by ensuring documentation integrity of the patient's record.
