Electronic Physician Queries

Does anyone currently use electronic physician queries rather than our brightly colored paper queries? We have a hybrid record, but will eventually transition to electronic progress notes. If using electronic physician queries, has your response rate increased? Was it a smooth transition from paper to electronic?

    I use plain white paper and have about 99% response rate. I do verbal follow ups as often as needed to get my paper queries answered.

    The transition had quite a few headaches. We feel like it is a much slower process. And NO it has done nothing to improve our response rate.

    Can you share what specifically has slowed the process? We will be transitioning to electronic query by end of year. Any tips appreciated.
