CAH and CDI

Hi,
Just wondering if any Critical Access Hospitals are doing CDI?

I am new to a multi-hospital health system. They have CDI at all locations except for the CAH. Is this common?
I am not familiar with CAHs and wondering if there is value in CDI at a CAH.
