Daily Productivity Measures

I have been asked by leadership to look at putting in Daily Productivity Measures for the staff. Besides a review rate and query rate, is there other measures that you have in place to monitor staff daily productivity? Thanks in advance for your assistance and support.

    We measure overall coverage rate as well as daily coverage rate per CDS. (How many case each day the CDS is able to complete)
