Retention Bonus
I need some help! I thought that heading would get some attention...
Our facility has recognized the possibility of needing retention bonuses for our CDI Department over the next 2-3 years with the initiation of ICD-10 as well as EHR. We are in an area where there aren't many CDI programs and have been getting many job offers nationwide, as I'm sure everyone is. Are there any ideas out there that anyone else is aware of or that you already have in place?
