CDI weekly training objectives

Good morning,
Does anyone have any training materials they would be willing to share? I am developing a weekly guide to include goals/objectives, but just am wondering what the industry standard is. Also, on average, how long is orientation for a new CDS?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

    I'm in the same boat as you. I came up with an 8 week schedule which include the online ACDIS boot camp but also has them rotating working side by side with each of us "seasoned" CDS as well as weekly education with me. I still feel like there is more I can include, but I have pulled information from the ACDIS website like the checklist and have come up with my own list of things that needs to be discussed. I still would appreciate any more specific feedback as to what each week should include. We have 3 new CDS starting this next Monday! Getting a little nervous. Best of luck to you! I can send you what I have, but it is very basic and probably needs to be tweaked as well.
