DKA query
Good morning. Our Diabetes team has asked us to assist with clarification of the diagnosis of DKA. Too often lately providers are documenting "DKA" when the patient truly does not meet criteria for DKA (Ph, 7.3, hco3 18 or 11). We are going to design a query, but wondered if anyone has an existing one they would mind sending. It can be pretty basic! Thanks in advance!
