Robert: The examples you cited as requiring a query, indeed, are ‘classic’ examples whereby it would be prudent to issue a query – no argument there.
But, to take it literally, one ‘could’ also issue a query for every patient with the diagnosis of hypercholesterolemia with AMI and CAD – the query could ask for more specificity – is the type of hypercholesterolemia:
· Pure
· Group – C
· Tubo-eruptive xanthoma
· Tangie Disease
· Et al
Again, there is the opportunity to query ‘almost every ‘ record, if one desires to do so – not necessarily wrong to do so, but not something I would perform.
