Remote CDI & CDI incentive/retension bonus

I know this has been talked about in the past but I wanted to f/u on what is happening currently.

We are currently loosing a CDI to a contrator and are trying to make our program more enticing for our CDI staff.

I would appreciate any thoughts on "remote CDI's" and any kind of incentive/retention bonuses that are being utilized.

  • Our staff works remote 60% (3 days home, 2 days on-site). Our CDIs receive 'SUPER BENEFITS', flex time, partial remote work which reduces travel time, travel expense, and prevents traveling in inclement weather as we are in Maine. They tend to be more productive at home and love having their pets nearby.
