I'm going to weigh in. I received my MSN in Nursing Informatics in 1994
from the University of Utah back in the day where there were only two
nursing informatics programs in the nation. I have found it to be very
valuable in all my endeavors since then and in fact opened a few doors
for me. However, any of the three paths you are looking at are good
ones as many have already said. You need to find the one that
interests you most and that you feel most passionate about and follow
it. My feeling has always been that if you don't enjoy what you are
doing then you are doing the wrong thing.
