electrolyte imbalance - guidelines

Does anyone have guidelines around when to query a low sodium or other electrolyte imbalances? Here is our scenario patient had closure of a colostomy, sodium was 131, 131, 132. NS IV fluid given. Pt was NPO before surgery and had a JP drain that was discontinued on discharge. Should we query hyponatremia.

    If it's being monitored/treated, I would query. In this particular case, I would query.
