Cerner Care Management

Is anyone using Cerner Care management for their CDI workflow? We have been using a consulting company/software forever but our facility is trying to streamline using Cerner as much as possible and we are trying to determine if we can move to Cerner. I have played around in it abit and it seems very limited (we do not have the JA Thomas piece) but I am wondering how others are using it.
