Computer Assisted Coding & CDI Product Comparison

We are an EPIC facility currently evaluating CAC/CDI products for our facility. Specifically Optum / Nuance / & 3M.
Does anyone have any input regarding your use of either of these products with regards to:

1. How well does the product integrate with EPIC?

2. Any problems with implementation?

3. Any notable documented improvement of CMI and/or productivity?

4. What made you choose the product you are using?
