Hello All- We are creating electronic templates for sepsis, pneumonia, anemia and chf. Would anyone be willing to share what their CDI program is using ?

I just reviewed what is on the ACDIS Web site, Forms and Tools Library. I thought it would be a good idea to reach out for additional ideas. The more resources the better !!
