That’s what we did too Katy. The BMI comes in automatically into the providers template with the most recent set of vital signs. We have also applied rules that any Vital signs not done on the day of the note, any BMI more than 14 days old, and any height more than one year old will not auto populate but will show as “no information available.”. This is how we assure current information.
