Radical hysterectomy

We have three surgeons who do extensive operative procedures including debulking of tumor, TAH, BSO along with removal of lymph nodes. We have always been told by our coders that these procedures would not be considered radical procedures (hysterectomies) so we never questioned it. However, when coding in 3M ICD-10 when you go to code lymph node removal it asks which lymph nodes are removed if you choose peri aortic it automatically brings you to the radical procedure. My concern is that we have a lot of these procedures that remove these nodes but are coded to a non-radical procedure. I cannot find any guidelines to help me regarding the difference. Can anyone help?

Thank you
