For those of you who haven't checked out the Forms and Tools library on the ACDIS page in a while, Glenn Krauss has posted an excellent list of resources/websites to stay on top of things. You can download and save it - it opens as a Word document. It's titled "CDI Specialists' Tool Kit" Below is the summary of what's included:
