With regard to the right sided heart failure, do you have a resource for further information on this? The only reason I ask is that if you take right sided failure through the encoder it takes you to the systolic/diastolic question. And I know the encoder can lead a person down the wrong path, so I would like to look at a resource about the right sided failure.
