ICD-10 and CDI productivity

I know that AHIMA and other entities have projected up to a 40% decrease in coder productivity at ICD-10 implementation time, but has anyone projected an actual number for potential decrease in the number of cases a CDS can review, based on the increased coding time, increased query opportunities, increased physician educational needs, and their own learning curve?
