time limit on ECHOs for CHF diagnosis
Happy Friday Everyone!
I have a question that has come up in our CHF queries. What are the time parameters that you put on using ECHOs for clarifying type of CHF? Current admission only? One month? Six months? I the physician mentions "most recent EF of 20%" and a correlating document cannot be found, can this statement be used in the query? It's friday and my brain cells are on overload...
Thanks,
