ALCAPA repair code
I have searched and searched but not sure if I have right code for
repair of Anomalous Left Coronary Artery Pulmonary Artery (reimplanted
coronary artery from pulm artery to the aorta). Anyone know the
procedure code for sure? No stent, no arterectomy or angioplasty done.
Pt is 3months old. I have looked at 3 resources for past hour! It
wouldn't be a bypass would it? That doesn't seem right to me. (This is
my first time coding this.)
