RE: [EXTERNAL] RE:Morbid Obesity along with joint replacements

I understand and see the point from both sides. However, I feel that the morbid obesity is a significant comorbidity that contributes to the severity of illness. Someone with morbidy obesity alone carries a risk for almost every medical diagnosis more so than someone who is at a normal BMI. I do appreciate you sharing the auditors views and will pass on to my team. In the end it does come down to their final decision. I don't mind fighting them though through the appeals process.
