Thought I'd see if any one has ideas I am missing.

Will be interviewing for a Medical Director for UR & CDI.

What interview question would you most like to ask as a CDI person?

    Describe for me the process you would use to intervene with a colleague
    when you feel their documentation is not thorough enough or the
    patient's status is inappropriate. How would you support your position
    and what steps would you take to have such a conversation?
