I really don't think you can tell from procedure itself if a trach
permanent or temporary.
You would have to ask the provider if their intention if this is a
permanent or temporary trach since it could be either one based on what
is documented in this email. They can always pull it later just like
they could the PEG tube.
It goes back to that age old CDI rule, when in doubt, query.
