AKI changes
Just wondering if anyone can refresh my memory on the 3 types of AKI that will still be MCC's. I know that AKI secondary to ATN and Glomerular nephritis, but can't find what I wrote from the quarterly conference call.
Also, Have you amended your queries to reflect these changes?
THANKS!

584.5 ARF with tubular necrosis
584.6 ARF with renal corical necrosis
584.7 ARF with renal medullary necrosis
584.8 ARF with other pathological lesion of the kidney
We are discussing the query process. We decided it would be best to have
a conversation with the physicians as to why we are asking for additional
information and also get some feedback from them on the criteria needed in
order to make that specific diagnosis.
Thanks
