RE: [MARKETING] Malnutrition severity
If a dietician documents malnutrition (or the degree of malnutrition), we won't code from that.
We want to make sure that a physician agrees with the diagnosis, so would query the physician.
We will however, code a BMI documented by a dietician (so long as there is a supporting diagnosis written by a physician).
