Disruption of rectal stump

s/p sigmoid resection w Hartman pouch, now here with disruption of the rectal stump, undergoes resection of the portion of rectum that had disrupted and oversewing of the suture line. How would this procedure be coded, is this a repair of rectum?

Appreciate any suggestions.
