documentation tip card for badges
Has anyone created a tip card to hook on to the back of a badge?
If so, is there a company you might recommend? Feel free to send me an email if you are more comfortable sharing that way : )
We were about to use one company, but then we heard from someone in the organization that the card scratched easily and content was lost in a short amount of time.
Any suggestions appreciated.

I'm currently working on one specific to our neuro service line. They want a list of their top diagnoses that they miss/impact soi/rom,etc..
