ICD-10 Query Rates

Does anyone know of a target for ICD-10 query rates? This is now a reportable metric for our ICD-10 physician education and we are trying to establish a target rate. This would be for ICD-10 concept queries only. We have a target rate now of 25% for ICD-9 queries and were thinking an additional 10%-15% increase for ICD-10 concept queries. Thanks for any input.

We use 50% but that should decrease as a program matures. Most programs I have seen them use 40-50%

We have 3m trainers here now so I just asked them, they haven’t heard of anything specifically for I 10 but think is would be consistent w current recommendations/ target of 35-45% w 85% or greater coverage. Would think it would be initially higher then come back down to recommended.
    Hope that helps
