Pulmonary capillaritis is essentially a histopathological dx. Really need to see where the physician is going with as far as treatment or where he got the dx., symptoms, etc
Possibilities besides 516.0 might be
448.9 - Other and Unspecified capillary disease OR
417.8 - Disease of pulmonary circulation (pulmonary vasculitis)
