Any idea what PCS code is this?
Having difficulty finding a code and thought where better to ask for help than here?!!!
Pt with abd pain, found to have ruptured appy and omphalomesenteric band with internal hernia obstruction. Surgery done: Laparoscopic repair of obstructing omphalomesenteric remnant. Lap appendectomy.
What is code for the lap repair of obstructing OM remnant/band? Surgeon documented "omphalomesenteric band was triple clipped and divided".
(I have appendectomy code.)
