ICD-10 Coding Policy

I know I have seen at one point or another a reference to when coding policies may be used in an effort to meet certain documentation needs in ICD-10. However, of course now I cannot find it (still hunting). I am being asked whether we can simply create a coding policy to reflect that we only use Low-osmolar contrast (for example) and want to refer back to it.

Anyone know where I can find what I am looking for?
