RE: Ability to capture SOI/ROM impact in 3M 360 reports
Does anyone know of a report in 3M 360 that will reflect the "calculated change" in the SOI/ROM associated with a positive agreement to a query?
I realize that there is a report #29A/29B Secondary APR DRG Query SOI/ROM Impact Summary, however, it only shows you Total visits and each category for SOI/ROM- 1-4 with a number in the field to let you know how many cases fall into each category. This does not show you the change in the SOI or ROM specifically related to your query.
I feel that this is an important metric for capture to be able to show the value of the CDI program, not only from a financial perspective, but from a quality perspective by showing the shift captured in SOI/ROM queries.
Please let me know if I am missing something.

We use the APR DRG grouper for our Medicaid population and would like to be able track the impact of query on the SOI/ROM along with the change in the APR DRG weights. Maybe if we all request this as a need for this report, 3M will make the necessary addition to their report data. Collectively, we can change what's possible! I know I will be contacting 3M Nosology. https://support.3mhis.com
