I am posting this for one of my Chapter Members who will be transitioning to EPIC in Janaury 2016.
She is looking for contact info for departments who use JATA Guide software (not Clintegrity) and Epic. They are transitioning to Epic in January and need a realistic benchmark for productivity. Currently, their expectations are 8-10 new cases per day and 12-15 followups, + each CDS does their own reconciliation. They anticipate being able to cover more records when we no longer need to hunt down charts.
Please let me know if you are willing to be contacted regarding your department productivity standards.
