RE: [EXTERNAL] hyponatremia
I use a level of 134 or less and it's being treated or is a significant change from baseline. If the patient has chronic hyponatremia I leave it up to the provider. Also if they inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone then you can't code the hyponatremia anyway since it's considered integral to the condition.
