Documentation Tips?
Has anyone put together tips for the docs they would be willing to share?
I've attached what I have so far but I am constantly updating or editing it=
. I tailor it to the individual physician or group I am meeting with. It =
is not real detailed but gets the general message across. I am adding DM a=
nd anemia along with some basic definitions as room allows. We also have m=
ore detailed diagnosis- specific tip sheets that we post but the one attach=
ed is handed out at our meetings.
Comments and recommended changes would be most welcome.
Thanks,
Sharon Salinas, CCS

And shout out to Valley Medical Center! I grew up in Covington, Wa and volunteered at that hospital in highschool. Small world!
