APR/ DRG SOI ROM in ICD-10
Is anyone else experiencing glitches in the 3M Encoder with the ICD-10 codes that have the MCC "built in"?
For instance, an acute PE with core pulmonale is a SOI and ROM of one! I'm thinking that maybe 3M has not updated this. We are also seeing cerebral edema excluded in some of the traumatic brain bleeds.
