    Linda - great chart. Consider adding anterior communicating artery to list of subarachnoid bleeds (I60.2x) as many aneurysms of the brain originate there. Interestingly, there is only one anterior communicating and there is no right or left - it's one vessel. The folks who set up the system didn't do their anatomy homework. (Oops!) Three neurologists and a neurosurgeon caught that while I was giving talks to them.

    Dr. Gold,

    I will absolutely take that suggestion. For years, I have greatly appreciated your very honest yet very conservative (i.e., don't overdocument) approach to documentation. I've told people I'm going to have a bracelet made up that says "What Would Dr. Gold Do?" :)
