PSI 90 ICD 10 codes

Does anyone have a conversion from the ICD-9 codes to the ICD-10 codes for Patient Safety Indicator 90, which includes PSI 3,6,7,8,12,13,14,15?
thank you,

  • It's my understanding that the official have not been released by CMS yet and will not be released until after the new year. That being said, you can make a pretty good guess by translating the old ones into I-10. You may want to talk to your quality dept. Ours uses MIDAS (we do for CDI too) and MIDAS has created a 'tentative' report to pull these cases taking into account exclusions.
