PSI 90 ICD 10 codes

Does anyone have a conversion from the ICD-9 codes to the ICD-10 codes for Patient Safety Indicator 90, which includes PSI 3,6,7,8,12,13,14,15?

    It's my understanding that the official have not been released by CMS yet and will not be released until after the new year. That being said, you can make a pretty good guess by translating the old ones into I-10. You may want to talk to your quality dept. Ours uses MIDAS (we do for CDI too) and MIDAS has created a 'tentative' report to pull these cases taking into account exclusions.
