BMI can be obtain from the admission documentation by nursing correct? Or does MD have to state BMI?

    Nursing, NSS etc can document the BMI as long as provider documents the Morbid obesity etc. Very much like taking the stage of the wound from WCT once the provider has documented the diagnosis of pressure ulcer...
