Benchmark data help ?
Where I could get benchmark data on CMI and CDI stats? Something I could use to set goals and to compare ourselves to similar size hospitals?
We are a 180 beds.
Any recommendations on sites, or resources?

Comments
The annual (or bi-annual) ACDIS poll has very good information that you can
use to develop CDI program comparison (query rates, answer rates, agree
rates, CDI review volumes are all typically included).
The IPPS final rule table 7 has the volume of all DRGs from the most recent
year (for the FY16 rule I think it's from FY14). There is another table
that lists ALL hospitals, providing beds, discharges, CMI and a bunch of
other data points. Using the first two to select your comparison group,
you could then either do a simple CMI average, or do an adjusted CMI
average (for each hospital, multiply the CMI x discharges; add up the total
points from each hospital in your choosen group, then divide by the total
of all discharges from the choosen group).
