Is anyone having issues with the alines and/or swans flipping medical DRGs to surgical DRGs?

There is Coding Clinic (3Q 2015) guidance regarding Swan Ganz catheterization - which I'm sure you'll find helpful.
We submitted a question to Coding Clinic earlier this month regarding peripheral arterial line insertion for monitoring, however, we haven't gotten a response yet.
