Loop recorders

We have found that in 3M loop recorders no longer impact the final DRG. We are using 0JH632Z as the procedure code. Just wondered if anyone has noticed the same and if they had been able to find rational as to why.

    We use 3M and are finding that arterial lines are impacting the DRG and some of our GI Procedures are going to Major Bowel DRG.

    Anyone else having strange DRG changes and use 3M?

    Same here. 3M folks stated that it was addressed CMS. We have not heard any farther.
