I have a pt admitted with pancytopenia 2nd to chemo. The pt. developed a L groin infected sebaceous cyst and had an I/D at the bedside. Please help with the code. I am coming up with a DRG for an extensive unrelated OR procedure.

Drainage of inguinal region has to do with the lymphatics and that's why it goes to a surgical DRG. This is drainage of a skin appendage and skin is 0H9JXZZ, not 0Y9. Not affecting the DRG.
