Looking to connect with anyone who does concurrent coding along with the CDI review and willing to share your workflow processes.
Does anyone involve the quality team for review of PSI's and HAC's prior to discharge?

    We include HAC/PSI review for all cases we concurrently review. There is not a separate workflow employed, but an awareness that certain codes may generate HAC/PSI.
