I was curious if any of you track INDIVIDUAL CDI Specialist stats ie: how many queries per month for each CDI, how many queries are answered, how much money captured by each CDI, etc.

    Our iTrac is set up to breakdown individual stats, but the money is aggregate and not attributed to one individual. But I have been doing the job alone for 6 months so I guess the money can be traced back to the obvious person :)

    I track queries and response rates but not money. If someone here wanted me to do that it would end up being based on a "potential" vs. actual amount and it would probably triple the amount of time I spend doing my stats.

    Our facility shows us (CDI staff) data/stats monthly. It is combined data. Management sees a breakdown of individual data. Our personal data is shared with us if we ask, but obviously not other persons data.

    We are able to run monthly reports on CDI's performance but it does not track the financial impact.
