Is there such a thing as Query Templates for purchase or do specialists make their own to use over and over?
I'm sure how to go about making queries.

There are multiple examples and references on the ACDIS website and they helped me tremendously when I was first started out, I still go look there first when I run into something complex.

  • There is a section in the 2016 CDI Pocket Guide called, The Compliant Query. In that section (although not all inclusive) is a great reference to their standardized query templates. You can log on to www.hcqcoonsulting.com to review their library of queries. I hope this helps.
