Guillain-Barre Sydrome Question

Good Morning!
I have a patient who has Guilain-Barre Syndrome who presents with extremity weakness, numbness, tingling.
Would this be a good opportunity for a paraparesis, quadraparesis, etc Query?
Or is the weakness considered inherent in the condition so doesn't need further clarification?
Would paraparesis or quadraparesis even be coded with GBS?

Thanks!
Greta
